The Challenge

OpsIQ is a fractional COO as a Service platform built for founder led businesses that have achieved real market traction but are beginning to feel the operational strain that comes with growth. Execution slows. Everything runs through the founder. Adding people or tools does not fix the underlying issues. OpsIQ was built specifically to solve that, providing founders with the systems, structure, and expert support needed to scale without chaos.

The platform combines digital learning, expert advisory pods, and repeatable operational playbooks into a subscription based model with three tiers, OpsEssentials, OpsBuilder, and OpsEnterprise, each designed to meet founders where they are and grow with them. The entry point is a free Growth Readiness Assessment that benchmarks a company across six operational dimensions and delivers a tailored report for a $250 unlock fee, which is applied toward the first month of membership.

When OpsIQ founder Taja Graham engaged Graviss Marketing, the company had a clear product vision and a sophisticated platform concept, but no digital presence to match. The website needed to do more than represent the brand. It had to function as the platform’s commercial engine: selling subscriptions, gating premium content, converting assessment takers into paying members, supporting ongoing product launches, and building SEO authority with the founders OpsIQ was built to serve.

A basic website was not the answer. What OpsIQ needed was a full digital infrastructure build.

The Approach

Graviss Marketing was engaged as OpsIQ’s digital partner, responsible for designing and building the full website infrastructure and managing it throughout the engagement as the platform evolved. The engagement started with a core build and expanded through a formal addendum in February 2026 to support new product launches and marketing campaigns.

01

Platform Website Build

A full custom WordPress build, mobile responsive, structured for conversion, and designed to communicate OpsIQ's platform with clarity and authority. The site covers the full product offering: Ops Blueprint Builder, OpsToolkit Library, CohortConnect Pods, GrowthOps Dash, ProcessPro Workshop Series, and Systems Integrator Guide, with messaging tailored to founders at each stage of operational maturity.

02

WooCommerce E Commerce and Subscription Engine

Full WooCommerce integration enabling OpsIQ to sell its three subscription tiers directly through the website. Stripe payment gateway, automated billing, and checkout flows configured to minimize friction and support the platform's subscription first commercial model.

03

Membership Platform and Gated Content

As OpsIQ's requirements evolved beyond standard e commerce, Graviss Marketing implemented a full membership access system: paid member dashboards, document libraries, customer profile pages, and automated access controls that restrict content for lapsed or canceled memberships. The membership tier structure, from $497 to $2,500 per month, is enforced at the platform level.

04

Growth Readiness Assessment Integration

OpsIQ's primary lead generation tool is a free 10 to 12 minute Growth Readiness Assessment that benchmarks founder led businesses across strategy, leadership, process, systems, capacity, and founder dependency. Graviss Marketing integrated the assessment directly into the website, embedding the app.opsiq.biz subdomain with DNS configuration and custom domain setup, ensuring a seamless experience that keeps prospects inside the OpsIQ brand environment from assessment to purchase.

05

SEO Foundation and Analytics

Keyword research, on page SEO implementation, metadata structure, internal linking, and Google Analytics 4 plus Meta Pixel installation, establishing the technical foundation for OpsIQ to build organic visibility among the founder and operations audiences it serves. Monthly SEO optimization refined and expanded the site's search footprint.

06

Advisory Team and Brand Credibility

OpsIQ's expert advisory team, seasoned finance, operations, and leadership professionals with decades of real world experience, is a core differentiator. Graviss Marketing built out the team section with individual bios, professional headshots, and credential forward profiles that give founders the confidence to trust OpsIQ with their most critical operational challenges.

07

Product Launch Support

As OpsIQ's product roadmap accelerated, Graviss Marketing delivered dedicated landing pages for each new launch, including the Financial Mastery Series and the Rev Spark product launch in March 2026, the latter delivered on a fast turnaround timeline to meet the announced launch date. LinkedIn ad campaign landing page variations were also built to support paid acquisition efforts.

08

Management

Graviss Marketing managed OpsIQ's digital infrastructure throughout the engagement, including hosting, security, WordPress and plugin updates, content edits, SEO optimization, and performance reporting. As OpsIQ's platform evolved, the website evolved with it.

“When I started building OpsIQ, I needed a team that could take my vision and bring it to life in a way that would feel meaningful and credible in the marketplace. From the moment I engaged Jonathan and his team, they asked the right questions, making sure they understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish and how the end user would experience it. That collaborative approach produced a final product I am genuinely proud of. Jonathan's accessibility throughout the process and beyond has been instrumental. If you are looking for someone who can take what is in your head and turn it into something that is both beautiful and functional, Graviss Marketing is absolutely the team I would recommend.”
